Chikaeze Ugwu is a Civil Engineer and Infrastructure Planning specialist with extensive international experience in construction project delivery and emerging construction technologies. As a 3D concrete printing expert, he has contributed to the successful delivery of several pioneering 3D-printed building projects across Europe. With expertise spanning project planning, construction management, quality assurance, and engineering coordination, he brings global best practices and professional standards to every project. Passionate about improving construction delivery in Nigeria, Chikaeze co-founded FIDESCONSTRUCT to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality construction solutions for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.

Obumneme is an experienced Surveyor with a strong background in land surveying, site mapping, boundary verification, and construction surveying.
